Set design direction, create digital and physical experiences, explore conversational and agentic UX, and use Figma, code, and AI-assisted tools to prototype and test ideas. The role requires strong human-centred design, accessibility, usability testing, stakeholder management, and interaction design craft.

Diagnose organisational systems, design interventions, prototype strategic futures, facilitate executive decisions, and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Build client relationships, grow accounts, and help organisations navigate transformations including human-centred AI adoption. Contribute to practice development and represent IDEO externally.
