As a Business Development Manager, you'll acquire new customers, manage a sales pipeline, engage with key stakeholders, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Ideals VDR in the UK by targeting $1bn+ accounts. Build C-suite relationships, manage a sales pipeline, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals, and provide product feedback. Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales, support sales and marketing strategy, and represent Ideals at M&A community events to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Act as the operational partner for investment banking deal teams, ensuring flawless data-room execution from onboarding to close. Provide high-touch support, advise on best practices, identify and resolve root-cause issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively surface risks using AI-assisted tools to improve client experience and retention.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and enhance the recruitment process, align hiring strategies with business goals, and manage a team across various TA functions to support company growth.
