Responsibilities include mapping workflows, coordinating agencies and internal teams, managing calendars and approvals, drafting and publishing copy, quality assurance, repurposing long-form content, and creating templates and prompts. The role starts with supported execution and is expected to grow into end-to-end ownership of content production cycles.

Deliver technical training to clients and partners, create and maintain courses and video content, support certification assessments, enable external delivery partners, and keep documentation current. The role requires explaining technical SaaS products, APIs, programming concepts, pricing models, and AI tooling to varied audiences while collaborating with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams.

Own product marketing for Calculation Engines and Portfolio Intelligence, driving adoption, launches, onboarding, technical content, positioning, competitive intelligence, and feedback loops. The role targets technical actuarial and developer audiences, partners closely with Product, Revenue, Solutions Engineering, and AI teams, and translates complex capabilities into credible messaging and enablement.
