The Senior UI Artist will create visually impressive UI for mobile games, collaborating on design, implementing in Unity, and mentoring peers.

Lead the UI team to design and deliver high-quality, consistent UI for mobile free-to-play games. Own style guides and design systems in Figma/Unity, create assets, mentor the team, coordinate with UX, Art Direction, Design and engineering, and manage planning, scheduling and cross-team communication to ensure performant, polished UI implementations.

Create high-quality static and video marketing creatives for social/UA, iterate on ads to optimise performance, research trends, and collaborate with game dev and marketing teams to deliver campaign assets.

Collaborate with game teams to enable data-driven decisions by analysing user behaviour (churn, conversion, LTV), estimating feature impact, running A/B tests and CRM/retargeting analyses. Build statistical models to predict user activity and automate analyses, work with marketing to optimise campaigns, and consult with other analysts to identify cross-game analytical opportunities.
