Leads international HR Operations across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. Translates global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies, and service standards; oversees employment compliance, payroll, benefits, mobility, health and safety, vendors, automation, and M&A integrations. Identify cross-team dependencies, reduce organizational friction, establish predictive delivery metrics, improve stakeholder visibility, and foster psychological safety. Adapt Agile frameworks and design effective information flows and decision rhythms. Collaborate regularly in the London office with globally distributed product teams.

Own the strategy, vision, and delivery of Hudl’s athlete performance product suite. Partner with sports scientists, coaches, customers, and cross-functional teams to capture and analyze athlete monitoring data from wearables, optical tracking, and other sources. Drive products that help mitigate injury risk, optimize performance, and track athlete development. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans while balancing customer value, cost, and timelines.

Design, build, and maintain scalable edge ML infrastructure and model compilation pipelines for embedded devices. Deploy and validate optimized inference engines (TensorRT, quantization), run CI/CD and automated testing on fleets, monitor telemetry and performance, solve edge constraints (bandwidth, storage, reliability), and mentor the team on Python tooling and IaC.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack web features, mentor others, and propose innovative solutions.
