Hudl is building a talent community for future sales opportunities, including Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Account Executives manage sales cycles, develop new business, close deals, and work with elite sports organizations. Customer Success Managers retain and renew accounts, engage users, provide education, identify expansion opportunities, resolve dissatisfaction, and improve renewal and engagement metrics. Manage and grow grassroots and non-league football customer accounts across the UK, Scandinavia, and Africa. Build relationships, drive product engagement, support customers, conduct product demonstrations, manage renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives. The role is primarily office-based near London with travel to customers up to 50% of the time.

Source and close new customers among UK amateur and grassroots football organizations. Manage inbound and outbound leads, build prospect relationships, negotiate deals, organize territory activity, and promote Hudl’s sports software solutions. The role requires customer-facing sales experience, strong communication, networking, motivation, teamwork, and regular customer travel. Candidates should live within commuting distance of London and attend the office at least three days weekly.

Develop high-performance iOS and Android applications and backend services for athlete performance. Build low-latency communication interfaces that stream sensor and optical tracking data to cloud and mobile clients, translating complex biomechanical data into actionable metrics. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and Scrum teams; write quality code, conduct reviews, test ideas, and contribute to mobile, cloud, real-time data, and application architecture.

Design, architect, and deliver highly available, scalable, and secure platform infrastructure. Lead technical design for site reliability, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations. Mentor engineers, promote operational consistency, and guide infrastructure projects. Use AWS, Terraform or OpenTofu, Kubernetes, and AI tools to improve engineering workflows and platform engineering practices.

Lead Agile delivery across multiple squads, coaching teams and the broader organization toward autonomy, sustainable performance, and improved outcomes. Identify cross-team dependencies, reduce organizational friction, establish predictive delivery metrics, improve stakeholder visibility, and foster psychological safety. Adapt Agile frameworks and design effective information flows and decision rhythms. Collaborate regularly in the London office with globally distributed product teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable edge ML infrastructure and model compilation pipelines for embedded devices. Deploy and validate optimized inference engines (TensorRT, quantization), run CI/CD and automated testing on fleets, monitor telemetry and performance, solve edge constraints (bandwidth, storage, reliability), and mentor the team on Python tooling and IaC.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack web features, mentor others, and propose innovative solutions.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the Core Data team to improve APIs, systems, and data pipelines, focusing on backend engineering and team mentoring.
