Own the full sales cycle for HubSpot-led CRM and technology solutions, from discovery and solution design through proposals, commercial modeling, negotiation, and contract signature. Lead technical conversations, demonstrations, RFP responses, Statements of Work, forecasts, and partner-driven opportunities. Work with consulting and technology teams to scope accurate solutions while engaging senior stakeholders and meeting revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end CRM integration projects in HubSpot: create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, documentation, UAT, change management and integrations. Communicate with stakeholders, track progress, surface risks, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Own the end-to-end finance function for an international, multi-entity business. Responsibilities include leading the accounts team, managing bookkeeping and month-end close, producing consolidated reporting, forecasting cash flow, overseeing budgets, financial controls, revenue recognition, audits, statutory and tax compliance, and improving finance processes. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, commercial judgment, leadership, and experience across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
