Create and produce social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including video, podcasts, product stories, graphics, motion content, and event coverage. Own the process from concept through shooting, editing, design, and publication. Develop recognizable content formats, track performance, adapt content for paid social, and shape the brand’s creative strategy while collaborating with founders, product, and go-to-market teams.

Own HowNow’s go-to-market systems, including account and contact targeting, automated outbound sequencing, enrichment, AI personalization, lead scoring, routing, and sales-process automation. Manage HubSpot as the system of record, maintain reporting and attribution infrastructure, and own the GTM technology stack from selection through retirement. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve data quality, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency.
