Lead complex, cross-team product design initiatives from strategy through execution. Translate customer, business, technical, and data needs into coherent experiences; create workflows, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs; shape AI-enabled and automation-heavy products; strengthen design systems and accessibility; identify experience gaps; and mentor designers across a remote, distributed organization.

Lead product design for core platform, native mobile experiences, and the design system. Manage approximately eight distributed product designers across the US and India, providing coaching, hiring, performance management, critiques, and quality oversight. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve UX/UI, interaction design, visual craft, information architecture, and cross-platform consistency. Drive design system adoption and responsible AI-assisted workflows while supporting high-velocity product delivery.
