Provide consultative guidance on UK Payroll configuration, system design, integrations, implementation readiness, and best practices. Troubleshoot complex payroll issues, translate legislation into system recommendations, and support customer adoption. Partner with Product and R&D on feature validation, beta testing, roadmap input, and functionality improvements. Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, lead knowledge sharing, and act as the payroll subject matter expert across Customer Success.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, and retention. Build account relationship frameworks, lead business reviews and success planning, identify churn risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate while collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales. Provide product enablement, monitor customer health and KPIs, and guide clients on HR trends and workforce technology.

Manage and develop a team of customer success managers serving mid-market and enterprise SaaS customers. Build account success plans, lead business reviews, strengthen stakeholder relationships, protect renewals, drive expansion and advocacy, and reduce churn through customer health analysis. Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales while meeting retention and growth KPIs. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and champion their needs internally.
