Leads HiBob’s UK sales strategy and business performance, driving sustainable revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and predictable forecasting. Builds and develops a high-performing sales organization, coaches sales leaders and Account Executives, manages complex executive-level deals, and improves sales processes, metrics, and productivity. Partners with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Product while representing HiBob within the UK enterprise market.

Lead HiBob’s global service partner ecosystem and develop a scalable operating model for partner-led customer implementations. Responsibilities include defining delivery standards, governance, quality frameworks, performance management, capacity planning, pricing, enablement, and partner development. The role collaborates with Professional Services, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Security, and Privacy while leading and coaching a global Service Partner Success team.

Generate qualified outbound pipeline for HiBob’s HR platform by researching enterprise accounts, identifying stakeholders, and engaging prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Build personalized outreach, secure qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate Salesforce records, achieve activity targets, and collaborate with sales teams. Fluency in Hebrew is required for professional customer-facing communication.
