Build, optimize, and scale machine learning training, inference, and deployment systems for biological foundation models. The intern will develop scalable pipelines, optimize performance, apply post-training methods, create reusable ML components, productionize research code, manage infrastructure, and run experiments involving fine-tuning, transfer learning, and evaluation.

Conduct account research across pharma and biotech, build prospect lists, write and optimize outreach, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate tailored demos, create sales materials, maintain HubSpot pipeline hygiene, analyze conversion metrics, support conferences, and develop AI-enabled commercial workflows. The role offers a path toward Account Executive responsibilities and involves close collaboration with founders, sales, and science teams.

Drive new enterprise business across pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Own the full sales cycle, land new logos, manage complex multi-stakeholder pipelines, and build long-term partnerships. Engage scientific, technical, procurement, and executive buyers while translating an AI-native biology platform into customer value. Partner with founders, product, science, and customer teams to refine sales messaging and go-to-market processes. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Provide scientific leadership for evaluating foundation models and applying machine learning to genomics, drug development, and translational research. Partner with research, product, and business development teams to create customer-focused workflows, mentor junior colleagues, translate complex science for varied stakeholders, and guide rapid prototype-to-insight experimentation.
