Develop SEO-led, long-form, and demand-generation content; manage content calendar, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders; support PR and executive communications; measure performance and optimize for pipeline impact.

Partner with the CEO to run executive rhythm, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, track OKRs and CEO priorities, prepare decision materials, manage external advisors, diagnose and fix operational gaps, and build AI-first automated workflows to amplify CEO impact.

Build and run the post-sales operating system for customer success, implementation, delivery and support. Own cadence, metrics (health, adoption, GRR/NRR), professional services economics, toolchain integrations, AI automation and executive reporting for a global SaaS customer base.
