Responsibilities include prospecting, strategic account planning, executive relationship building, consultative selling, pipeline generation, solution positioning, negotiations, contract execution, forecasting, and account expansion. The role requires collaboration with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while positioning AI-powered AML, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and workflow automation solutions.

Lead content strategy to position Hawk as a thought leader in AI for financial crime and compliance. Develop SEO-led, long-form, and demand-generation content; manage content calendar, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders; support PR and executive communications; measure performance and optimize for pipeline impact.

Generate meetings and pipeline for enterprise SaaS by researching target accounts, conducting personalized outreach across email and social channels, running pre/post-event campaigns, attending events, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to convert leads into qualified opportunities while maintaining CRM records.

Lead EMEA customer outcomes and a cross-functional regional team (Customer Value Partners, Data Scientists, Implementation Consultants). Own GRR/NRR, escalations, commercial forecasting, hiring and development, regional rollout of the global customer operating model, and partnership with Sales to ensure deliverable scopes and drive regional growth.
