Support the delivery, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products. Translate user and operational needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; coordinate with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams; manage feedback and issue triage; support UAT, training, releases, dashboards, adoption tracking, and data-driven workflow improvements.

Manage institutional client relationships for Guidepoint’s Insights transcript library. Develop tailored engagement plans, conduct outreach and product demonstrations, support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, convert trials, and gather client feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.

Monitor European corporate credit markets, including new issues, distressed situations, restructurings, and price dislocations across leveraged loans and high-yield markets. Conduct fundamental company research, create sell-side-style content, moderate expert teleconferences, and generate investment ideas for buy-side clients. The role requires substantial single-name corporate credit analysis experience with a European focus and may be remote or in person.

The Business Development Associate at Guidepoint will identify and communicate with potential clients, build relationships, and support sales efforts by understanding client needs and creating a pipeline of prospects.

Monitor European corporate credit situations across leveraged loans and high-yield markets, including new issues, distressed situations, restructurings, and price dislocations. Conduct fundamental company research, create sell-side-style content, generate investment ideas, track investor views, and moderate expert teleconferences for institutional and corporate clients.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (NDAs, vendor/client agreements, MSAs, DPA, SaaS agreements); manage contracts queue, templates, inbox, and stakeholder communications; ensure compliance with approval policies; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales; support special projects.

The Sales Development Representative will identify prospects, build client relationships, research industries, and support the sales team in growing Guidepoint's business.
