Support product and consumer communications for ChatGPT across EMEA. Coordinate product launches, lead proactive media and influencer campaigns, manage agency relationships, prepare briefing materials and talking points, and build relationships with journalists and influencers. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, global affairs, legal, and be flexible within a small team.

Operate and manage technical production for in-venue and studio events across EMEA, including live switching, audio, livestreaming, PTZ camera operation, pre-show testing, vendor liaison, producing webinars and live-to-tape content, and troubleshooting under pressure.

Plan, coordinate, and execute online and in-person EMEA events and community programming. Manage logistics, vendors, travel, budgets, content roadmaps, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as main POC for the Gradual community platform, build HubSpot invites, segment members, and support regional activations with ~25% travel.

Build and manage a regional pipeline of advanced OpenAI users, conduct interviews and qualitative research, document workflows and limitations, translate insights into product recommendations and compelling stories, create community opportunities for peer learning, and collaborate with product, research, and storytelling teams. Role is London-based and requires frequent travel.
