Manage inland fuel customer accounts, build relationships, support business development, respond to tenders and quotations, and handle customer requests. Coordinate with logistics, finance, trading, and customer care teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality. Conduct prospecting and cold calls, prepare commercial reports, and maintain accurate trade, customer setup, and forecasting data in internal systems.

Provide daily position and mark-to-market P&L reporting, validate pricing markers and methodologies, support month-end reconciliations, improve reporting and controls, drive ETRM (TriplePoint) implementation, and advise Trading, Commercial and Finance teams.
