Leads quality management system activities, audits, continuous improvement, customer documentation, calibration, product inspections, and corrective actions in a manufacturing environment. Interprets drawings and quality requirements, maintains quality data systems, supports PPAP and first article inspections, facilitates customer audits, and trains personnel on quality procedures. Makes independent, data-driven decisions to improve product conformity and quality performance.

Generates and protects revenue within an assigned territory by prospecting opportunities, managing account relationships, maintaining the sales pipeline, coordinating technical and production requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as liaison between customers and engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams. Requires disciplined sales-process execution, technical product understanding, negotiation, financial acumen, and extensive domestic and international travel.

Operates CNC and manual machines to fabricate production parts from drawings and specifications. Performs machine setups, close-tolerance machining, first-piece and in-process inspections, recordkeeping, preventative maintenance, tool grinding, and fixture fabrication. Maintains safe, orderly work areas and follows quality procedures. Troubleshoots machining, tooling, programming, material, and drawing issues; provides process-improvement feedback and assists with training other machinists.

Manage and grow global channel partner relationships to achieve revenue, profit, and share targets. Develop and execute channel strategy, pricing, forecasting, KPI reporting, training, and cross-functional coordination to deliver customer-focused solutions and expand market penetration.

Provide technical leadership for polymer component design and analysis, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. Lead design proposals, generate/approve drawings and test/validation plans, perform failure analysis, support material disposition and continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, and represent the company in technical meetings and presentations.

Manage production value streams to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets. Lead CNC precision manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement (Lean, DMAIC, Kaizen), manage product transfers, capacity planning, tooling/equipment maintenance, and develop high-performing teams.
