Own the design of Grant Finder, an AI-powered platform for nonprofits, from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct user research, testing, prototyping, and interaction and visual design. Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to simplify complex funding workflows, create transparent AI experiences, and evolve the design system across Goodstack’s nonprofit operating system.

Own the end-to-end customer journey for AgentPro by onboarding clients, leading product enablement, driving feature adoption, monitoring usage and retention metrics, managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, resolving escalations, triaging technical issues, and collecting NPS and customer feedback. Coordinate with grant delivery specialists to ensure deadlines, quality standards, service agreements, and grant delivery expectations are met.

Own the fraud threat model, risk appetite, detection thresholds, measurement framework, and fraud response policies. Lead fraud specialists, define workflows and escalation standards, guide machine-learning strategy, and manage tooling and vendor decisions. Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to evolve fraud detection, balance fraud prevention with genuine-user experience, and establish a scalable fraud function.

Conduct outbound prospecting to global enterprise businesses, qualify and progress early-stage opportunities, and support event and inbound follow-up. The role focuses on testing personas, refining messaging, designing outreach sequences, automating research and enrichment, improving GTM efficiency, maintaining HubSpot data quality, and helping define new markets and ideal customer profiles. It offers significant exposure to account executives and senior management in a fast-growing startup environment.

Lead grant research, write LOIs and applications, review drafts for nonprofits, manage delivery across 10–15 partners, use AI to accelerate quality, and improve grant support processes.
