Advise Goldman Sachs’ EMEA Private Wealth Management businesses on loan transactions, lending documentation, collateral enforceability, security registration, regulatory requirements, product launches, and business transformation projects. The role involves drafting and structuring financing documents, interpreting UK and European financial regulations, collaborating with global legal teams and outside counsel, and using AI tools to streamline transaction execution.

Lead analysis, advocacy and interpretation of UK and EU prudential regulations (capital, RWA, leverage). Manage regulatory change lifecycle, coordinate impact assessments, advise businesses and stakeholders, liaise with Risk, Legal, Government Affairs and EU/US teams, and represent the firm to regulators and industry groups.
