Lead end-to-end procurement projects and category strategies globally, delivering cost savings, supplier selection/tendering, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration to support organisational objectives.

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for GUS France schools. Manage digital presence (websites, social, SEO/SEA), produce and edit multimedia content, lead website redesigns, coordinate external suppliers, support marketing/recruitment events, and track performance.

Build and manage employer partnerships to secure apprenticeships and work-study placements. Source, assess, and shortlist candidates; advise employers on role requirements; represent the institution at recruitment events; ensure compliance with apprenticeship regulations; manage enrolment and contract documentation; negotiate training fees; coordinate relationships between institution, apprentice, and employer throughout programs.

Manage Commercial and IT budgeting, monthly management reporting, and forecasting across international institutions. Provide variance analysis, gather cross-functional data for performance insight, support business cases and capex monitoring, and assist senior FP&A leadership on ad hoc financial matters.

Support legal team with KYC/onboarding queries, review and proofread legal documents, assist company secretarial tasks, maintain group charts and data rooms, conduct due diligence, liaise with providers, and provide administrative support.

Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects (refurbishments, fit-outs, new builds) across a multi-site higher-education estate. Oversee M&E systems design, commissioning, procurement (JCT/NEC), contract and financial management, compliance, risk, and stakeholder reporting through to handover and operational readiness.
