Coordinates governance, maintenance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of global reservations systems and operational processes. Supports regional offices and end users, manages product and booking updates, resolves system issues, coordinates critical incidents, and delivers training to promote global consistency. The role collaborates with Product, Customer Solutions, Sales, and operations stakeholders to improve system efficiency, customer communication, data accuracy, and service quality.

Lead EMEA communications (UK, Ireland, DACH) on a 16-month maternity cover. Develop and execute regional PR strategy, secure top-tier media coverage, run PR campaigns and press trips, manage agency relationships, support senior spokespersons, coordinate events and partnerships, measure performance against KPIs, and work with global and regional teams on crisis responses and community tourism storytelling.

The Business Development Manager will grow partnerships with travel agents, drive sales through strategic initiatives, and enhance the company's community tourism model while ensuring a positive partner experience.
