Leads FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, KPI development, and strategic analysis. Partners with the CFO, senior leadership, and practice leaders to assess profitability, pricing, utilization, revenue, risks, and investment opportunities. Oversees reporting improvements using Workday and Power BI, enhances data quality and automation, and provides commercially focused insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Own and improve Frontier Economics’ Workday HCM platform, including configuration, roadmap planning, process improvement, reporting, data governance, integrations, security, and supplier management. Lead Workday projects from requirements through implementation, improve employee and manager experiences, support compliance, and build capability within the People Team. The role partners with People, IT, Finance, payroll providers, and external consultants.

Manages proposal and tender processes for the Public Policy Practice, coordinating consultants and collaborators, ensuring compliance and deadlines, drafting persuasive content, monitoring bid outcomes, and improving proposal materials and workflows. The role also supports opportunity identification, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
