Own full-cycle technical recruiting across EMEA for engineering, platform, data, AI, security, product, and technical leadership roles. Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring plans, sourcing strategies, assessment design, candidate experience, market intelligence, and inclusive pipeline development. Use AI-enabled recruiting workflows, ATS platforms, talent intelligence tools, and analytics to improve hiring quality and efficiency across London, Cluj, Lithuania, Tel Aviv, and Valencia.

Leads the global payer experience and loyalty strategy across Flywire’s payments platform. Owns checkout, hosted payment pages, payment flows, localization, notifications, conversion optimization, retention, and customer satisfaction. Drives platform modernization, experience architecture, AI-enabled product development, and consolidation of fragmented experiences. Acts as executive advocate for customers while influencing Product, Engineering, Network, Operations, and Commercial teams. Builds and leads a global product organization focused on experimentation, analytics, scalable payment experiences, and customer loyalty.

Own accurate, compliant employee lifecycle transactions and employee data in Workday across EMEA. Manage hires, changes, terminations, benefits support, audits, quality checks, and complex cases. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Global Mobility, Benefits, and external vendors. Improve workflows and adopt AI-enabled automation to increase efficiency and service consistency. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of labor laws in key EMEA markets.
