Ship production network automation, support on-call incidents, and scale networks via aggressive automation and diagnostics.

Build and own end-to-end network fleet health, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards. Ship active debugging tooling, remote command execution, and diagnostics linking NIC-to-router paths. Automate repair pipelines from detection through RMA, ticketing, and return-to-service. Define network qualification/validation gates and ensure reliability, scalability, and operation of hyperscale datacenter networks.

Provide hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees, administer Okta and MDM across macOS/iOS/Windows, manage identity and SaaS access, run procurement and asset lifecycle, build automations, troubleshoot network and A/V systems, and own onboarding/offboarding and access reviews with clear documentation.
