The Sr. Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain public APIs and integrations, ensuring high scalability and performance while improving code quality using AI tools.

Manage assigned enterprise customers through the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, value, and renewals. Monitor customer health, execute playbooks to mitigate risk, coordinate cross-functional escalations, provide enablement and value optimization, and support onboarding, renewals, and expansion while acting as the customer advocate and project manager.

The Sr. Software Engineer (FE) will lead the development of scalable frontend applications using React. Responsibilities include systems design, testing strategy, performance optimization, AI integration, and mentoring.
