Lead the Controls and Capabilities team to strengthen Authorisations' delivery, control and operational resilience. Manage cross-cutting improvement initiatives from analysis to implementation, use data and assurance to identify themes and drive change, develop reporting and governance, oversee capability-building and adoption of AI/automation where appropriate, and build stakeholder relationships to ensure accountability and sustained outcomes.
