Lead finance across a portfolio of 5-7 clients: own P&L, cash flow and operations (AP/AR/payroll/VAT); deliver budgeting, forecasting, fundraising and M&A models; coach 2-3 direct reports; drive systems/process improvements (Xero best-practices); provide commercial insight and strategic guidance to founders.

As a fin-lead, you'll transform finance functions, partner strategically with clients, lead budgeting, and manage client communication and relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll drive change management projects to support growth and efficiency.

As a fin-manager, you will oversee finance operations, transform processes, manage budgeting, report insights, and build relationships with clients across different industries.
