Leads Fender’s EMEA social and content strategy, shaping creative direction, writing treatments, managing external production partners, and overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality. Develops localized campaigns, social-first content, artist and influencer activations, community engagement, cultural initiatives, and performance reporting across major platforms. Collaborates with global and regional marketing, PR, paid media, retail, and artist marketing teams to grow audiences, engagement, and brand affinity.

Own Fender’s always-on creator marketing programme across EMEA. Manage influencer relationships, product seeding, logistics, briefs, deliverables, usage permissions, content monitoring, performance reporting, budgets, affiliate administration, and creator onboarding. Coordinate with Social, Paid Media, Artist Marketing, and PR teams to deliver culturally relevant content across priority markets while maintaining brand safety and advertising compliance. Identify emerging creators and trends and support programme growth.

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to dealer accounts to achieve sales targets; maintain call plans, enter and manage orders in SAP; provide order, stock and product support via phone/email/chat; promote offers and new products; maintain product knowledge and relationships with dealers and Business Development Managers; support ad-hoc projects as directed.
