Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly reporting, budget modeling, promotional ROI analysis, discount and forward-order analysis, cost-to-serve and profitability analytics, and sales data integrity checks across reporting systems. The role also supports reporting migration, AI-assisted analytics, stakeholder presentations, and ad hoc projects.

The Finance Manager ensures compliance and accuracy in financial operations across Europe, leads finance staff, and manages tax compliance.

Leads Fender’s EMEA social and content strategy, shaping creative direction, writing treatments, managing external production partners, and overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality. Develops localized campaigns, social-first content, artist and influencer activations, community engagement, cultural initiatives, and performance reporting across major platforms. Collaborates with global and regional marketing, PR, paid media, retail, and artist marketing teams to grow audiences, engagement, and brand affinity.

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to dealer accounts to achieve sales targets; maintain call plans, enter and manage orders in SAP; provide order, stock and product support via phone/email/chat; promote offers and new products; maintain product knowledge and relationships with dealers and Business Development Managers; support ad-hoc projects as directed.
