Own a portfolio of manufacturing customers from go-live through adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead onsite and remote deployments, system audits, support visits, professional services, Kaizen and problem-solving workshops, and operational coaching. Monitor customer health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, support account managers with demos and sales activities, and provide product feedback. The role requires extensive travel across the UK and Europe and close engagement with shop-floor teams and senior manufacturing leaders.

Own and grow an EMEA enterprise sales territory by generating new-logo opportunities, engaging senior executives, leading complex 6–18+ month sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. Build financial business cases, manage pilots and proof-of-value programs, navigate procurement and legal processes, and expand initial deployments across multiple sites. The role also helps create Factbird’s enterprise sales playbook for account planning, qualification, forecasting, and expansion.
