Manage end-to-end talent acquisition across UK and USA studios and head office. Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, schools, colleges, referrals, and social channels. Partner with hiring managers, oversee structured selection, improve quality of hire and retention, and support onboarding. Own employer branding, careers content, recruitment metrics, market benchmarking, ATS optimization, compliance, agency spend, exit interviews, and franchise opening hiring playbooks.
