Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Eurostar’s heavy overhaul and major component repair programme at Temple Mills. Manage planned and unplanned maintenance demands, schedules, resources, budgets, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships. Lead the overhaul team, apply Lean methodologies, improve workflow efficiency, and support fleet reliability and availability. The role requires engineering knowledge, maintenance planning experience, commercial awareness, health and safety compliance, and strong multidisciplinary leadership.

Develop and maintain cloud-native software products using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL on AWS and Kubernetes. Collaborate within agile teams to plan solutions, review code, build APIs, improve software quality, automate testing and deployments, resolve issues, and protect customer data. The role may also involve leading workstreams or projects and supporting other developers.
