The Client Services Officer will support clients with onboarding, troubleshoot issues, maintain system configurations, and automate processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Drive revenue through strategic sales plans, cross-selling across equities, ETFs, market data and post-trade products, gather market intelligence, represent the firm at events, and collaborate with internal product and commercial teams to ensure strong client service and onboarding.

The Quant Analyst will develop pricing tools for swaps, work on data analytics, validate models, and participate in market research.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of digital asset products (custody, tokenisation, settlement, onboarding). Translate stakeholder and client requirements into specs, user stories and metrics. Map end-to-end DLT workflows, collaborate with engineering, Legal, Compliance and Risk for regulatory alignment, and contribute to product roadmap and client engagement. Monitor market, competition and regulatory developments to iterate on institutional B2B digital asset offerings.

Lead product vision and execution for tokenisation across issuance, custody, settlement, lifecycle management and secondary trading. Drive client discovery, write specifications, collaborate with Legal/Compliance, define token economics and interoperability, hire and scale the product team, track success metrics, and represent the business to senior management and the board.
