Manage UK and Czech accounting operations including monthly close, financial and statutory reporting, GAAP compliance, tax and transfer pricing, treasury relations, integrations, internal controls, process improvements, and team leadership/training while partnering with US FP&A and external auditors.

Own end-to-end international payroll across multiple jurisdictions, manage third-party providers, ensure statutory compliance and internal controls, support payroll accounting and reconciliations, coordinate with HR and finance stakeholders, and lead payroll system implementations and integrations (Workday, CloudPay).
