Hands-on robotics operations role responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting humanoid robots at customer sites, rental venues, and trade shows. Duties include helpdesk support, remote diagnostics, spare-parts coordination, customer training, fleet maintenance, hardware upgrades, event representation, and root-cause escalation. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, customer-facing communication, electronics troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and safe robot handling.
