The IRT Project Manager is responsible for managing projects through the software development lifecycle, acting as the primary client interface, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will lead projects, develop schedules, manage dependencies, and conduct end-user training while maintaining project health and profitability.

The Design Manager at Endpoint is responsible for configuring client projects using the PULSE platform, ensuring that system design meets study requirements, and collaborating with Project Management and Developers. Duties include overseeing IRT standards, conducting quality checks, performing unit testing, and supporting quality investigations and continuous improvement efforts.

The Business Solutions Architect will create and manage technical documentation for IRT projects, collaborating with clients and technical teams to ensure systems meet protocol needs. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, serving as a subject matter expert, authoring specifications, and supporting UAT execution.
