Freelance senior designers will create conceptual directions and high-quality report pages, infographics and data visualisations for annual and regulatory reports. They will translate complex business and regulatory content into clear visual narratives, present to clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver work to tight deadlines between Sept/Oct 2026 and Feb/Mar 2027.

Lead Emperor's new business strategy: prospect, qualify and manage the full sales cycle, support pitches and campaigns, build senior relationships, own pipeline and drive revenue growth across priority sectors.

Lead design and delivery of learning, capability and inclusion strategies. Build leadership and talent programmes, manage learning technology, measure learning ROI, run engagement and internal communications, support ERGs, and use AI to personalise learning and improve employee experience and performance.

Create and implement print and digital visuals for annual reporting and creative projects. Interpret briefs, extend concepts across channels, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, manage files/versions, present ideas, and proactively develop skills.

Develop brand strategy and deliver high-quality desk research, insights, positioning, messaging and campaign recommendations. Own smaller projects end-to-end and support senior strategists on larger engagements. Produce creative briefs, run stakeholder interviews and workshops, contribute to pitches, and collaborate with creative teams and analysts to turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Maintain and support client websites by writing clean, scalable C# back-end code (MVC). Troubleshoot and profile applications, follow security best practices, participate in code reviews, contribute to planning and estimations, and collaborate with support and technical teams.
