Lead Emperor's new business strategy: prospect, qualify and manage the full sales cycle, support pitches and campaigns, build senior relationships, own pipeline and drive revenue growth across priority sectors.

Provide high-level, confidential support to the Founder & CEO: manage complex diary and inbox, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and presentations, attend meetings to capture actions, manage expenses and records, liaise with senior stakeholders, and provide proactive project and operational support across leadership priorities.

Create and implement print and digital visuals for annual reporting and creative projects. Interpret briefs, extend concepts across channels, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, manage files/versions, present ideas, and proactively develop skills.

Support the finance and digital teams with invoicing, expense processing, purchase orders, basic financial and operational data analysis, and administrative tasks. Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoicing and expense queries, assist with monthly digital billing, credit card claims, audit information requests, and ad-hoc finance projects while gaining broad exposure to commercial operations.

Maintain and support client websites by writing clean, scalable C# back-end code (MVC). Troubleshoot and profile applications, follow security best practices, participate in code reviews, contribute to planning and estimations, and collaborate with support and technical teams.

Develop brand strategy and deliver high-quality desk research, insights, positioning, messaging and campaign recommendations. Own smaller projects end-to-end and support senior strategists on larger engagements. Produce creative briefs, run stakeholder interviews and workshops, contribute to pitches, and collaborate with creative teams and analysts to turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Freelance Workiva experts will set up and produce end-to-end complex corporate reports and ESG filings in the Workiva platform, implementing style guides, typography, layout, and data visualization to brand standards while collaborating with production and client teams during UK business hours.
