Lead quality assurance for a large-scale renewable infrastructure project (solar PV, battery storage, 400kV substation). Develop and implement project quality plans, manage contractor and supplier QA/QC, lead a small team of quality engineers, conduct inspections and commissioning witnessing, support defect resolution and continuous improvement across construction lifecycle.

Lead and integrate project controls across planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and reporting for large renewable projects. Maintain baselines, support risk and change management, produce governance materials, monitor performance, manage documentation and drive continuous improvement across project controls.

Lead analysis and influence of UK energy market policy and regulation. Provide expert advice on market rules, engage senior stakeholders, represent EDF with regulators and industry bodies, monitor policy developments, identify risks and value opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across EDF businesses.

Lead pre-FID large-scale solar projects by shaping commercial strategy, building investment cases, managing governance and budgets, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, negotiating commercial agreements, securing routes to market, supporting construction delivery, and mentoring junior BDMs.

Lead workforce strategy to forecast and close skills gaps for major renewable projects. Develop workforce planning frameworks, skills frameworks, succession plans and early careers programmes. Produce workforce modelling, dashboards and insights, partner with senior leaders and HR/L&D to build talent pipelines and support recruitment, development and retention to meet long-term business objectives.
