Develop and maintain core Ruby on Rails services, collaborate with product managers on features, identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, participate in architectural discussions, and help refine engineering standards and delivery practices.

Own and operate the GTM stack (HubSpot as SOR), manage lead-to-revenue processes, ensure data and attribution integrity, run GTM reporting and forecasting inputs, maintain the Experience Index data asset, optimize routing and pipeline hygiene, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Growth Marketing and CS, and lead deal-desk and CRM governance to improve conversion and pipeline velocity.

Lead development of core services and infrastructure using Ruby on Rails; mentor engineers; drive technical strategy and product decisions; address performance, scalability, and architecture; ensure high-quality delivery.

Lead internal applied AI initiatives: identify high-impact workflow opportunities, design and ship AI-enabled automations and agentic multi-step workflows, integrate with internal systems using APIs and code, create reusable playbooks, and drive adoption through training and change management to measurably boost productivity.
