Lead equity financing and debt advisory for infrastructure investments: structure and execute refinancings, manage lender and advisor relationships, monitor portfolio debt exposure, support fundraising and investment committee materials, and build/review financial and cash-flow models to optimise capital structures across the asset lifecycle.

Support Fund CFO operations for private infrastructure funds: review investor reports and asset metrics, manage investor queries, assist acquisition structuring and accounting treatments, devise funding and cashflow forecasts, manage co-investment/carried interest calculations and fund facilities, and maintain key external relationships.

Lead fundraising and capital-raising efforts for Private Credit across the Nordics. Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies, manage direct client outreach, and build relationships with distribution partners. Coordinate with Investment, Product, and Research teams to convert opportunities and manage investor relations, including LP meetings and conferences.

Manage day-to-day fund operations and oversight for infrastructure funds: maintain relationships with service providers, review NAVs and statutory accounts, support regulatory and tax reporting, manage cash and fund models, oversee audits, investor queries, product launches, and performance/financial reporting.

Lead origination, due diligence and acquisition of European infrastructure private equity investments. Build and review financial and cash-flow models, assess commercial risk/return, manage asset performance with portfolio companies, prepare investment committee papers, support fundraising and investor queries.
