Oversee the operations, accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial administration of infrastructure funds and related entities. Responsibilities include reviewing NAVs and management accounts, coordinating audits and tax filings, managing service providers, monitoring cash flow and risks, maintaining fund models, supporting fund launches and asset acquisitions, preparing regulatory reports, and responding to investor queries. The role requires collaboration with legal, tax, banking, audit, deal, and fund administration stakeholders.

Supports infrastructure investment funds through investor reporting, fund performance analysis, acquisition structuring, accounting treatment, cash-flow forecasting, fund facilities, co-investment allocations, carried-interest calculations, and investor query management. Maintains relationships with directors, valuers, administrators, and other stakeholders while contributing to fund operations and new product initiatives.

Oversee finance and operations for private equity funds and SPVs, including fund administration, service-provider oversight, management accounts, NAV reviews, statutory accounts, tax and regulatory reporting, audits, cash management, risk monitoring, and investor queries. The role coordinates with banks, administrators, advisers, auditors, lawyers, and deal teams while ensuring policies, controls, and operating procedures are consistently applied.

Oversee accounting, reporting, controls, liquidity, investor activity, and operational governance for complex alternative investment funds across jurisdictions. Responsibilities include reviewing NAVs, fees, valuations, allocations, audits, tax and regulatory submissions; managing fund administrators and other service providers; supporting launches and restructurings; and improving processes and controls. The role also provides guidance to team members and coordinates stakeholders across investment, risk, compliance, operations, and external providers.

Conducts risk-based internal audits across DWS, evaluating control environments, identifying weaknesses, testing control effectiveness, drafting audit reports, tracking issues, and validating remediation. The role supports audit planning, special investigations, stakeholder relationships, and global audit engagements. Candidates should understand asset management products, investment management processes, risk management, and financial services controls, with strong analytical, communication, project management, and responsible AI-use skills.

Manage Xtrackers ETP primary and secondary market processes, optimise creation/redemption mechanics, monitor liquidity and market maker performance, and support product launches and listings. Build relationships with market participants, produce trading analytics and market intelligence, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements across stakeholders. Use high-frequency market data and analytical tools to support capital markets initiatives.

Lead origination, due diligence and acquisition of European infrastructure private equity investments. Build and review financial and cash-flow models, assess commercial risk/return, manage asset performance with portfolio companies, prepare investment committee papers, support fundraising and investor queries.
