The role requires strong European employment-law knowledge, especially in the UK and Germany, plus hands-on multi-country operational judgment.

Lead regional B2B marketing for the Duolingo English Test across UK, Europe and ANZ. Design and run events, partnerships, and scalable engagement programs to drive institutional awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Develop repeatable playbooks, define success metrics, evaluate performance, and align closely with Institutional Engagement and cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement marketing strategies for Duolingo Math, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement and retention. Conduct research and create compelling product narratives while tracking campaign performance.
