Drive membership sales and retention for The Peak through consultations, club tours and personalised service. Manage membership administration, CRM records, billing, renewals and reporting. Oversee daily club operations in absence of Duty Managers, ensure service standards and safety compliance, collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Hotel teams, and support commercial and administrative projects.

Verify daily transactions for manager approval, assist monthly financial reporting and analysis, set monthly deadlines and SOPs, allocate team work, and provide monthly training to finance colleagues.

Supervise and lead engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations, inspect and verify repair and maintenance works, implement and monitor JEMS (including fire and life safety and preventive maintenance), manage stakeholders and contractor relationships, handle colleague grievances, and ensure compliance with engineering policies and safety procedures.
