Lead and operationalize a company-wide AI governance program: build frameworks, assess AI risks and use cases, embed controls in SDLC, run governance council, liaise with Siemens consortium, handle regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF), produce reporting, and deliver training and documentation across Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, HR and Security.

Lead and deliver complex enterprise SaaS implementation and digital transformation programs for scientific customers. Plan, manage budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams using agile/hybrid approaches. Prepare executive briefings, proposals, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while improving delivery processes.

The HRBP will partner with global teams to support integration within Siemens, enhance employee engagement, manage performance, and ensure HR compliance. Responsibilities include strategy execution, employee lifecycle management, and reporting.

Design, build, and maintain GraphQL/REST back-ends and responsive React front-ends for multi-brand scientific products. Integrate SaaS services with enterprise systems (ERP, tax, billing), scale shared services, propose architecture, write tests, and ensure accessibility, security, and high code quality.

Own cloud architecture intelligence and cost optimization: analyze cloud spend, identify inefficiencies, build dashboards, enforce governance, partner with engineering/finance to drive cost-conscious design and operations.

Senior technical authority defining end-to-end architectures for Dotmatics Luma lab orchestration. Design integrations, data pipelines, instrument connectivity, and enterprise interfaces; ensure performance, security, compliance, operability; advise customers and partners; enable delivery teams and Siemens joint engagements.

Lead a team of engineers to develop GraphQL and REST APIs, mentor junior staff, and ensure application performance and stability while driving technical architecture decisions.

Provide advanced, customer-facing application support for the Dotmatics scientific platform, troubleshoot complex incidents (APIs, databases, core products), manage and prioritize cases to SLA, liaise with product teams, perform root-cause analysis, mentor team members, and maintain support records (Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence).

The Performance Test Engineer focuses on improving quality through performance tests, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with teams for solutions and best practices.
