Own the full sales cycle for enterprise SaaS deals, from outbound prospecting and discovery through pilots, legal and infosecurity review, closing, and account expansion. Build self-sourced pipeline, develop CFO-ready ROI cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder evaluations, maintain accurate CRM and forecasts, and sell to senior procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, and IT leaders in manufacturing and distribution.

Build and optimize outbound go-to-market systems that identify and engage high-potential B2B customers. Own pipeline generation through prospecting, personalized outreach, AI-assisted research, data enrichment, and automated workflows. Design GTM experiments, analyze funnel performance, improve conversion and targeting, and create scalable prospecting playbooks in collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership.

Build customer-facing backend systems, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations for procurement, ERP, finance, and operational platforms. Translate ambiguous customer processes into scalable technical solutions, debug distributed integrations, support deployments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role requires strong systems thinking, customer communication, and backend engineering expertise.

Build backend services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations for enterprise customers. Translate procurement, finance, ERP, and operational workflows into scalable technical systems; debug distributed integrations; clarify requirements; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on deployments and reusable platform capabilities. The hybrid NYC role includes occasional customer onsite work.

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of AI agents for procurement and supply chain workflows. Map processes, identify automation opportunities, configure and tune agents, coordinate stakeholders, and drive implementations from kickoff through adoption and value realization. Advise customers on ROI, collaborate with Product and Engineering on platform improvements, support renewals and expansion, and build repeatable deployment playbooks.

Map processes, configure and tune agents, coordinate stakeholders, guide onboarding through adoption, and demonstrate ROI. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the platform, support renewals and expansion, and develop repeatable implementation playbooks. The role requires strong project management, technical aptitude, customer communication, and the ability to solve ambiguous operational problems.
