Lead organic social media strategy and account management for entertainment clients. Responsibilities include developing channel and content plans, managing senior client relationships, overseeing campaigns and content capture, analyzing performance, handling community and reputational issues, mentoring the social team, managing budgets and timelines, and supporting pitches and business growth. The role requires occasional evening and weekend work for performances, events, and content activity.

Supports account managers by coordinating client relationships, creative projects, production cycles, briefings, approvals, trafficking, reporting, and account administration. The role manages deadlines, meetings, documents, billing, proofreading, and day-to-day client workflows while collaborating with creative, production, media, and social teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.

Leads digital media planning and buying across display, programmatic, paid social, and PPC channels for key client accounts. Manages campaign strategy, execution, budgets, partner relationships, reporting, optimization, and reconciliation. Collaborates with offline media, insights, and performance teams to deliver integrated full-funnel campaigns. Presents performance insights to clients and senior stakeholders while supporting client education, commercial growth, and potentially team development.
