Sell Wavenet's CX portfolio (CCaaS, CPaaS, UC/CX), own full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, design tailored solutions, engage stakeholders up to C-suite, generate pipeline with partners, maintain certifications, and hit monthly sales targets and forecasts.

Provide first-line technical support for managed services customers, resolve incidents and meet SLA targets. Troubleshoot networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, VOIP and endpoint issues, document work, liaise with third-party vendors, and drive customer satisfaction.

The CX Sales Specialist will drive the sales cycle for CX solutions, partnering with sales teams and customers while achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Own and improve the end-to-end in-life customer experience for a cluster of workspace sites. Act as primary relationship owner for landlords, centre teams and tenants, monitor service performance (Wi‑Fi, uptime), coordinate cross-functional resolution of escalations, drive adoption of digital services, and deliver reporting and continuous improvement insights to boost retention and satisfaction.

Manage and support client infrastructures, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, document processes, and manage onsite technicians while achieving SLA targets and overseeing third-party interactions.
