As a Junior IT Recovery Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients' business operations remain uninterrupted by managing IT systems and providing disaster recovery solutions. Responsibilities include diagnosing IT incidents, implementing solutions, and maintaining records of recovery procedures. Responsible for providing hands-on technical support to customers during recovery rehearsals and live invocations at a recovery centre. Manage site operations, attend pre-test meetings, coordinate IT installations, maintain critical site facilities, and provide on-call support. Update technical documentation and prioritize health and safety protocols. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with prompt technical support.
