Lead on-site audiovisual engineer responsible for directing installation teams, integrating and commissioning AV, unified communications, and broadcast systems, tuning DSP and audio, calibrating video, deploying control code, configuring networks, troubleshooting issues, verifying system performance, and completing documentation. Acts as the technical client contact during handover, provides training, enforces quality and safety standards, and ensures projects are fully completed and transferred to service.

Designs, deploys, integrates, commissions, tests, and hands over broadcast and media production systems. The role includes customer consultancy, technical solution design, engineering documentation, system configuration, troubleshooting, technical leadership during installations, training, and operational handover. Projects involve broadcast video, audio, routing, switching, networking, control, storage, and production platforms across the UK and Europe.

Leads the establishment and day-to-day operation of CTI’s Pune AV office. Responsibilities include setting up processes, overseeing AV rack building and equipment readiness, managing vendors, suppliers, facilities, budgets, and teams, coordinating with engineering, sales, service, installation, project management, and international teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery while supporting long-term business growth.
