The Business Development Director will originate, develop, and close new business with banking and fintech partners across EMEA, executing the financial services strategy.

As the Global Fraud Lead, you will design and implement fraud detection systems, optimize processes with machine learning, and ensure compliance with regulations while leading fraud operations and reporting.

Provide end-to-end multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email), handle complex and sensitive cases, perform hybrid back-office claims administration, meet SLA and QA targets, maintain audit-ready documentation, and escalate or resolve issues following compliance and SOPs.

Lead global customer support operations end-to-end, driving automation and resolution-focused culture across in-house teams and vendors. Own SLAs, quality, CSAT/NPS, and productivity; partner with Product, Engineering, QA, WFM, Training and Vendor Management to implement process improvements, automation, and coaching to improve quality and reduce volume handled by humans.
