Supports business-critical commercial trading platforms across hybrid and cloud environments. Responsibilities include platform reliability, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, controlled deployments, environment readiness, automation, security and compliance controls, disaster recovery, and stakeholder communication. The role troubleshoots applications, databases, servers, networks, middleware, integrations, batch processing, data pipelines, and cloud services while improving operational stability through runbooks, automation, and continuous improvement.

Supports enterprise commercial applications in production, monitoring application health, triaging incidents, restoring services, validating data, and coordinating releases. Diagnoses issues across Azure components, APIs, databases, integrations, and scheduled processes. Implements minor fixes and configuration changes using .NET, C#, SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Maintains support documentation, conducts root-cause analysis, manages escalations and SLAs, and coordinates global follow-the-sun support.

Provides Level 1 functional and production support for business-critical ETRM and CTRM platforms across the commodity trading lifecycle. Troubleshoots trade capture, scheduling, risk, settlement, invoicing, reporting, integration, configuration, and data issues; validates impacts and applies approved corrections or workarounds. Manages incidents through closure, escalates complex issues, maintains runbooks and support documentation, and coordinates global follow-the-sun support teams.
