Lead and run enterprise compliance and audit programs (PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX) across multiple business units. Manage external auditors and control-owner relationships, drive continuous audit readiness, track remediation, maintain PCI scope/ISA functions, and integrate a multi-framework Secure Controls Framework into BAU. Provide GRC leadership on architecture and product changes and mature cloud-native compliance practices.

Own and deliver end-to-end solutions across services, APIs, UI surfaces, and event flows. Design reliable production systems, handle monitoring and incidents, debug distributed systems, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and improve quality through tests, observability, and simpler designs.

Manage a hybrid portfolio of named and scaled accounts to drive Net Revenue Retention. Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy through one-to-one strategic management and one-to-many digital programs. Monitor health, mitigate churn, lead escalations, and partner cross-functionally to translate customer insights into growth. Measure success via NRR, renewal performance, expansion pipeline, engagement, and churn reduction.
