Provides technical support and customer advocacy for complex SaaS and cloud environments. Investigates incidents, leads escalations and outage bridges, develops automation and monitoring solutions, supports onboarding and operational readiness, analyzes service performance, contributes to product improvements, and mentors junior team members. Requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manages relationships and revenue growth for existing streaming and publisher clients. Serves as the primary contact, identifies upsell opportunities, resolves issues, analyzes operational and yield KPIs, and advocates for client needs. Leads onboarding, migrations, product rollouts, and workflow projects from scoping through completion while coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, reporting progress and risks, and improving delivery processes.

Design, implement, and deploy customer-specific video platform integrations and infrastructure. Ingest and transform large data sets, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, ensure production readiness, and provide third-line support. Collaborate with architects, PMs, global engineering, and customers throughout solution lifecycle, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and operational sustainability.
