As a Platform Engineer, you will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, improve internal platforms, and enhance security and observability for product delivery.

Lead pre-sales and post-sales engagement for major enterprise accounts in utilities, energy, manufacturing and construction. Drive account growth, architect product-led solutions, manage and develop a team of Solutions Strategists/Analysts, and collaborate with exec, GTM, and engineering to deliver measurable customer value. Combine strategic client advising with hands-on platform work and occasional travel to oversee deployments.

Work with enterprise customers to discover, define, and deliver software solutions using the Cogna platform. Lead discovery sessions, define requirements, support delivery and training, provide post-deployment support, and maintain industry knowledge in utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction.

Drive customer discovery and delivery using the Cogna platform: engage clients, map processes, define and deploy bespoke software solutions, train and support users, collect feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes across utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction.
