Designs and builds complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Owns architecture, security, integrations, data migrations, DevOps pipelines, release management, and technical documentation. Partners with technical leadership, mentors team members, evaluates platform changes and third-party tools, resolves escalated support issues, and translates cross-system business needs into durable solutions. The role also contributes to AI-enabled Salesforce development workflows and evolving grantmaking and partnerships systems.

Administer and enhance Salesforce through declarative configuration, ticket triage, deployments, testing, documentation, and user support. Lead business-analysis intake, discovery, requirements gathering, estimation, backlog refinement, and process documentation across Salesforce and connected tools. Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions, assess data and integration impacts, and improve workflows involving Airtable, Slack, AI-powered tools, and other systems.

Own day-to-day U.S. business immigration casework, including H-1B, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, and green card processes. Coordinate employees, candidates, recruiters, People Ops, hiring managers, and external immigration counsel; track cases, resolve obstacles, answer travel and immigration questions, and maintain documentation. Identify and lead process improvements as the function grows while providing clear, reliable, empathetic service in a rapidly changing policy environment.
